The Dr Hamish Boyd memorial bursaries

In memory of renowned Scottish homeopath Dr Hamish Boyd (1924-2014), SHRET offers up to 6 bursaries with a value of up to £350 towards the registration fee to attend the UK Faculty of Homeopathy Congress. Bursaries are open to anyone wishing to attend the Congress and to apply, please send an email to our Secretary Isabella Leese at secretary@shretcharity.org with the following information:

  • Your area of professional practice and experience in homeopathy
  • If you have attended Faculty Congress before. In the event that available bursaries are oversubscribed, priority will be given to applications from first time attendees.
  • The registration fee you will be required to pay for the Congress.
  • Details of any other funding that you have received or for which you intend to apply.
  • Any other relevant information you feel the Trustees may find useful in reaching a decision.
  • When the Trustees consider your application, they may request further details.

SHRET Trustees will consider your application on a first come first served basis and you will receive a response within two weeks of your application being acknowledged as received.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. SHRET does not offer retrospective funding.
  2. Should you not attend the Congress, the funds awarded must be returned to SHRET in their entirety.
  3. A written report within one month of the Congress should be sent to the Secretary for presentation to the Trustees.
